Terms and Conditions

By signing up for this North Carolina Concealed Carry Class, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all course requirements, safety policies, and terms and conditions outlined here.
No firearms, ammunition, or live ammunition of any kind are permitted in the class, unless instructed otherwise by the instructor.
All firearms must be kept in a locked vehicle while on the premises.
All participants must bring appropriate eye and ear protection.
Each participant is responsible for their own safety and the safety of those around them.
Each participant must follow the instructor’s safety and handling instructions at all times.
No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the premises, or to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Any damage to the premises or equipment must be reported to the instructor immediately.
Participants are expected to arrive on time and remain throughout the entirety of the class.
No photography or recording of any kind is allowed in the classroom unless otherwise instructed by the instructor (except for by the instructor or someone the instructor deems appropriate).
Any misconduct or violation of these terms and conditions may result in expulsion from the class.
Class is non-refundable. If you can not make your date, please contact us and we will re-schedule your class.
